Oh, how fleeting our memories are. If being a parent has taught me anything at all, it is just that. Life used to pass by softly, without recognition, but now I feel every day is completely new from the last. I spend so much of my time wishing I could hold onto each precious memory. The way my daughter waves with joy when my husband gets home from work, watching my dog from the kitchen window as he sunbathes in the summer sunshine, the feeling of peace I have watching my parents interact with their granddaughter.

It brings such an important perspective to life - It is REAL!
